BREA Refund Policy

Southern California Swimming Registration

Once your registration has been mailed to the SCS office in Santa Barbara, no refunds are available.

Meet Entry Fees

Once you have entered a meet and the entry deadline has passed for submission, all meet fees charged are non-refundable. A refund will be made only if Southern California Swimming or the host team refunds meet entry fees. This can happen when events are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be posted to your team account.

Dues

Once you have swum on any given day in a month, dues are non-refundable. For medical reasons, dues may be waived on a case by case basis. This requires approval of the business manager and BREA board of directors.

BREA Team Registration Fee

Once you have swum for the team in a new year, the team registration fee is non-refundable. If the fee was paid and your swimmer did not practice or compete for us at all – a refund is possible on a case by case basis. If you have failed to notify our business manager that you were leaving the team, no refund will be given.

Donations

Once donations have been made, no refunds will be allowed.

Credit Card payments

If your account balance was paid by credit card and any item needs to be refunded for whatever reason, the refund will be posted to your team account. If you leave the team, you must notify our business manager at BusinessManager@breaaquatics.com. Any refunds requested and granted will be paid by team check and sent to the home address listed in your personal team account. No refunds will be posted to your credit card account.
